The Tres Leches is an iconic dessert from Mexico. At Feliz Papilles, we created an indulgent marriage of Chef Maya’s two cultures, Indian and Mexican, blending exotic Saffron & Cardamon with this traditional three-milk infusion.
This unlike typical cakes is a soaked sponge, making it soft and moist and eaten with a little sauce poured over it.
This dessert was originally created for the Diwali season, but due to popular demand has become a permanent feature!
