STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY DESSERTS & TREATS?

Brownies/Blondies:Display in a cool, air-conditioned area for optimal texture and consistency for 2-3 hours. After that, store in an air-tight container in the fridge and bring to room temperature for 20-30 minutes. Best if consumed within 48 hours.

Cakes:Whole cakes can be kept in the box and brought out to be cut approximately 30-45 minutes until the cream is soft to the touch.

Leftover cake can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 3 days and brought down to room temperature 20-30 minutes before consumption.

Cupcakes/Loaves:Display in a cool, air-conditioned area and consume within the same day for best taste and texture. After that, store in an air-tight container in the fridge and bring to room temperature for 20-30 minutes.

Dessert Cups:Store in the fridge and remove right before serving. Best if consumed within 48 hours, provided correct storage protocol is followed.

Tarts:Display in a cool, air-conditioned area and consume the same day for best taste and texture. Not recommended for overnight storage as the tart shell will get soggy overnight.

Tres Leches:Please transfer the Tres Leches into the serving dish of your choice immediately. Pour the liquid over the desert and cover with cling wrap. Take it out of the fridge 20-30 minutes before serving and display in an air-conditioned room

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY SAVORIES?

Lasagna/Chili:Please store them in an air-conditioned room if consuming shortly. If not, please place these in the fridge. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Quiches:If you are consuming it immediately, display it in a cool, air-conditioned area and consume it within the same day for the best taste and texture. If you are not consuming your quiche immediately, please store it in the fridge and follow the heating instructions. We do not recommend storing a quiche overnight as the quiche shell may soften overnight.

Salads:We recommend storing your Salad in the fridge for optimal freshness. We prepare our Salads using the freshest ingredients daily and recommend that you consume them the same day.

Upon request, certain salads may be ordered a day before consumption. To maximize longer shelf life, the ingredients will be packed separately for you to mix before serving. Please note that there may be an additional packing charge.

Cake:The cake can be displayed in an air-conditioned room (20°C) for up to 2 hours. It is not recommended to display or store cakes without an air conditioner, especially under the hot sun or in warm and humid areas. If refrigerated, bring down to room temperature for approximately 30-45 minutes or until the cream is soft to the touch.Do not consume straight from the fridge as it will be crumbly and hard to cut.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY SAVORIES?

Chilli:Place in a heavy bottom saucepan and heat on a low flame. You will want to warm up the chilli, not cook it any further. Add a few tablespoons of water if needed. Adjust the seasoning if necessary. Put into the serving bowl and dress with all the garnishes.Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Lasagne:Bring your Lasagne down to room temperature by removing it from the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 180C (fan 170C) for 15 minutes. Cover your lasagne with foil to prevent it from drying out and heat for approximately 15 minutes until hot and bubbling.

Quiche:We recommend slicing your Quiche with a serrated knife before you heat it. This will make handling it much easier. Preheat your oven to 180C (fan 170C) for 15 minutes. Place the slices onto a tray lined with parchment paper and heat for 5-6 minutes in the middle rack. Check if they are warmed through, if not put them into the oven for another 2-3 minutes.

GENERAL

WHY DO YOU USE DOWELS, STRAWS AND STICKS IN YOUR CAKES?

For our custom cakes in taller sizes, dowels are essential to secure the cake for safe transportation as they provide structural stability. We only use food-grade dowels.

DO YOU PROVIDE COLD PACKS WITH YOUR CAKES AND DESSERTS?

We do not provide cold packs with our cakes and desserts and request you to follow our storage and consumption recommendations accordingly. If you require special packaging, please inform us in advance and we can make the necessary arrangements

DO YOU DELIVER TO HOTELS, RESTAURANTS & CORPORATE CONCIERGES?

Yes, we do. Do inform us of your reservation details (name & contact number)to ensure smooth delivery and for deliveries to hotels, we would require someone to meet the delivery driver at the hotel lobby to receive the order.

*Staff/concierge must be aware of the delivery and be open during the chosen delivery time slot, should the recipient not be present. The client ordering the delivery is responsible for relaying the storage requirements of the food items.

For optimal taste and texture of your cake, it would also be best to inform the staff of storage conditions.

WHY AM I UNABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER ON A SPECIFIC DATE?

You may be unable to do this for the following reasons:

●     We are closed for a Public Holiday.

●All our delivery/collection spots are pre-booked.

●     We are catering to a private event and are booked out.

As orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis, we recommend placing your order ASAP to secure your desired date.

I CAN’T MAKE IT ON TIME TO COLLECT MY DELIVERY! WHAT DO I DO?

Please call us immediately.We contract our deliveries to a 3rd Party Vendor. Per their policy, the driver will wait for 5 minutes and will need to leave thereafter. Same-day re-deliveries are not possible due to packed delivery schedules and collection of the returned orders is only available during operating hours. If the order is not collected, we regret that the cake will be disposed of after 48 hours.

CAN I ARRANGE FOR MY COLLECTION VIA GRAB EXPRESS OR LALAMOVE?

If you choose to engage with a 3rd Party delivery service. Please note the following terms:

●     They need to check and verify that everything is in order. After this point, we cannot be held liable for any damages.

●They need to sign the order to confirm the receipt.●They are required to adhere to the store hours 9:00AM - 4:00PM).

●     The deliveries must be “instant” to ensure that our products are stored and kept in optimal conditions.

WHICH DATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY AND SELF-COLLECTION? WHY CAN’T I SELECT THE DATE I WANT?

Cakes are on a pre-order basis. At least 24-48 hours of advance order is required. Do note that the cut-off time is at 5 PM daily.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACED MY ORDERS AFTER THE 24 - 48 HOUR CUT-OFF WINDOW?

We won’t be able to fulfill any orders that did not fall within the required ordering lead time. We reserve the right to deny any late orders request/changes. You may try to call us to discuss if we can accommodate your order.

Priority Delivery:Please advise us on your requirements and we can get back to you with a quotation*Subject to delivery

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON DELIVERY LOCATIONS?

We provide delivery services island-wide within Singapore. There are no restrictions to locations at the moment; however, should there be a location that we are unable to deliver to, we will be reaching out to you to inform and a full refund will be made; unless the customer can make an alternative delivery arrangement on their own.Please note that there may be a surcharge for certain areas

WHAT IF I HAVE CHANGES TO MY ORDER/ DELIVERY/ PICKUP?

  • We do not accept any refunds, cancellations or amendments to dates and items once payment is processed and completed online.
  • Any changes to the order, the details regarding the delivery or pickup may incur a delay in your order, a surcharge and possibly a cancellation without a refund depending on the timing of the request for changes.

WHERE CAN I PICK UP ONLINE ORDERS AND WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PICK-UP TIMINGS?

  • Pick up at 21 Media Cir., #01-01 Infinite Studios, Singapore 138562.
  • Pick-up timings are strictly adhered to, once confirmed, they cannot be amended.

ARE YOUR CAKES HALAL?

We are not a halal-certified kitchen but offer several halal-friendly options.

DO YOU HAVE “FREE FROM” OPTIONS, SUCH AS GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN, DAIRY-FREE, AND NUT-FREE?

Yes, we have several delicious options available for both our select savory and sweet items. Please refer to our Free From section. We take pleasure in catering to your food preferences. However, please note that we do not operate in exclusive gluten-free, nut-free or vegan space, and there could be cross-contact with other food items.Please refer to the notes for each cake that can be adapted. If you would like something different, please contact us!

DO YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR SWEET AND SAVORY FOODS

Given our diverse clientele, we take pride in customizing everything ranging from Cakes, Cupcakes to our savory dishes. Given the artisanal nature of our business, we have always collaborated closely with our clients to create bespoke offerings. Please call us to enquire.For example, our Chocolate Fudge Cake can be adapted for those with food intolerances.

DO YOU PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING UPON REQUEST (for party favors, class celebrations, corporate gifting, etc.)?

We are happy to organize individual packaging for you. Please view our Instagram @FelizPapillesHowever, please note that we keep limited stock of special packaging and may need time to pre-order packaging. Advance notice is much appreciated.

WHAT MAKES YOUR PRODUCTS ARTISANAL?

Our food philosophy is straightforward, to use the best quality produce and premium ingredients. Our baking and cooking is done the traditional way; hand crafted with the care in small batches.

DO YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL PORTIONS OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, we run a Weekly Specials WhatsApp group on weekends. You can order individual portions of our sweet and savory dishes to try and also enjoy a break from cooking on weekends

PAYMENTS

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that we cannot process an order if payments have not been paid in full.

In the case of custom orders, please pay the invoices immediately to confirm your order. Your order will not be confirmed if the payment has not been made.

Payments pending over 15 days are subject to a 10% surcharge.

Refunds processed via shopify will be subject to a 3% deduction from HitPay

CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please call us immediately (during our working hours) if there are any changes on your order. We require a minimum of 1 weeks notice.

We can postpone your order by a maximum of 4 weeks subject to availability on our schedule.
